ASSO CET 2015 (AMUPMDC) is a National level Medical Entrance Exam from Maharashtra State, conducted by Association of Management of Unaided Private Medical and Dental Colleges, Maharashtra (AMUPMDC) for admission to undergraduate courses ( MBBS / BDS / BSc Nursing ) of Private Colleges of Maharashtra affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
ASSO CET is conducted in May every year. The advertisement appears in April and the forms are to be filled on line. The results are declared in June and admissions start in July. AMUPMDC has an exam center at all major cities in India like Kolkata , Delhi , Bangalore , Chennai etc.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Candidate must be born on or before 31st of December 1998.
- Candidate must be at least 17 years old in age.
- Candidate must have passed HSC (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with at least 50% marks of average marks.
For Candidates with Caste Reservation are also eligible with minimum 40% of marks - Candidates appearing for HSC (10+2)/equivalent examination in year 2015 are also eligible to appear for Asso CET-2015. However, the candidate must fulfill the eligibility conditions.
EXAM SYLLABUS
The Objective type MCQ exam will be on following subjects: Physics / Chemistry /Botany /Zoology . Each subject will have 50 MCQ type questions whose responses are to be marked by the students in the OMR Sheet. There has no negative mark for wrong answer. Total time duration 3 Hrs.
